Good Morning Nassar,

Just a brief email to express our delight and appreciation over our recent stay at your hotel last weekend. We were amazed at the end quality of the refurbishment programme and the painstaking attention to detail that the design team have created, giving a truly lasting memory of what quality and comfort really means.

The bedroom accommodation was stunning, the public rooms sumptuous and the dining experience out of this world. Above all, the high degree of staff training was very evident, with service being attentive but unobtrusive and delivered with great care and attention to detail. Richard Deak's guiding hand, is very obvious in this wonderful epitome of real hands on customer service. Receptionist Gabriella, is another real gem, with her lovely welcoming smile and a self evident desire to please, coupled with a mine of local information. What more could you ask for as a visitor to this lovely part of Scotland.

We wish you to know that all of your efforts in restoring the hotel and that of Richard and his team, are delivering first class service with style and as a consequence, we are planning a return to Dunalastair at the first available opportunity in the Spring.

Good afternoon Richard,

My name is Gillian Middleton, my husband Alasdair & I checked out of the hotel this morning following a very relaxing 2 nights DBB stay.

I wanted to take the opportunity to give our very positive feedback on the hotel from the arrival afternoon tea, the surroundings, atmosphere & room we had were all lovely. Most of all the helpfulness, warmth and professionalism of the staff was very evident & working in senior operations management myself I congratulate the hotel on their excellent recruitment choices. The staff have clearly been trained well & this is presented well to guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & I think it's encouraging to receive positive guest feedback particularly in the early days of a newly refurbished estate.

I really look forward to returning to the hotel in the coming year & wish you and the team all the very best as you continue to grow the business brand. I would say you are well on the way.

I understand that Henley Homes has developed and now operates this property. I've just arrived, and wanted to say how impressed I am by what they have achieved. I hope it proves a commercial success - it deserves to be! This is exactly the sort of development that Scotland needs, but doesn't always get.

I'm here with a party of twelve people for a board meeting - and tomorrow we have a senior officer from the Scottish Government joining us. Will definitely come again! Well done, and thanks.

Stayed at this spotless, just redone beautiful hotel on Saturday night. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and very helpful. The honeymoon suite was indeed very quirky, we loved it. Food in the restaurant was outstanding, the best lamb I have ever had.
We will be back.

"My partner and myself had the pleasure of staying with you for two nights on August the thirteenth and fourteenth.
I would like to thank everyone for making our stay such a pleasurable experience.
Every detail of our stay was nothing short of fantastic, your hotel is stunning and the food outstanding.
The greatest praise must go to your staff, they were professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
This was our first stay and needless to say it won't be our last.
