- A credit or debit card is required as a guarantee method only to secure your reservation.
- Cancellations received up to 4 pm GMT two (2) days prior to arrival are free.
- Cancellations received after that deadline and non-arrivals will incur in a fee equivalent to the rate of the first night. If guests are already in-house and wish to shorten their stay, they cannot do so without paying for the rest of the nights in full.
