The 3-night female-only fully immersive retreat will bring together classes in mindful moving, centring breathwork, guided meditation and woodland walks into a holistic retreat which will rejuvenate the body and mind.

Titled ‘Soul Medicine’, the weekend will allow you to explore the possibility of tuning in, drawing your attention inwards. You will have a chance of listening, feeling, connecting with your experiences, and cultivating an attitude of acceptance and potential to be with what it is through inquiry and curiosity.
