Retreats at Dunalastair

Do you need a break to recharge? Overdue some time out after a tough year? Achieve a deep sense of calm and relaxation, and develop the skills for managing a stressful lifestyle with the first of a series of Mindful Retreats at Dunalastair, hosted by Melanie Santorini (www.melaniesantorini.org).

The 3-night female-only fully immersive retreat will bring together classes in mindful moving, centring breathwork, guided meditation and woodland walks into a holistic retreat which will rejuvenate the body and mind.

Titled ‘Soul Medicine’, the weekend will allow you to explore the possibility of tuning in, drawing your attention inwards. You will have a chance of listening, feeling, connecting with your experiences, and cultivating an attitude of acceptance and potential to be with what it is through inquiry and curiosity.

The Soul Medicine weekend is an opportunity to pause the busyness of everyday life

to sit in circle with other women

to share stories and desires

to listen and to learn from one another

to be inspired and energised by stunning surroundings

to enjoy some rest and relaxation in a luxurious hotel

to experience true self-care that goes further than skin deep

If you are serious about connecting with yourself and nature, then this is the retreat for you. Please note, spaces are limited to 12 people to allow for a more intimate experience so we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.

The retreat includes:

  • 3 nights in a luxury suite
  • All meals included – breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Workshops with Melanie Santorini
  • Leisure time to explore Loch Rannoch
  • Priced at £615 for a single occupancy room, or £442.50pp based on two people sharing a twin room.
