We are delighted to announce the launch of our new fine dining restaurant The Library. Offering signature pieces such as Hand Dived Scrumpy Scallops, with Apple Tartar Sauce, Crispy Fennel and Pollen.
We have also improved on local classics, adding gourmet flair to our Slow Roasted Venison, with Swiss Chard, Sloe Berries and mini Blue Cheese Fondant. A dish that will be hard to forget and one you’ll want to savour long after you’ve experienced it.
We have also added a twist on traditional dishes, with our exclusive Jaffa Cake Soufflé. The Library tasting menu changes seasonally, with warming festive favourites and vibrant sumptuous summer classics.
