Arts

For art connoisseurs and culture vultures alike, a stay at the Dunalastair Hotel Suites presents a unique chance to experience and maybe take home, some of the very best authentic Scottish art, crafts, and creativity.

‘One of a kind’ works from local Rannoch artists

A few minutes’ walk from the Dunalastair Hotel Suites in the village of Kinloch Rannoch, you’ll find the acclaimed Shed Gallery; a small public gallery and working studio which houses works by its two owners  along with a series of other local artists. In this working studio, paper and leather artist Jane Dekker, and photographer/designer Ron Dekker create beautiful and iconic images of the area, providing a stunning overview of this unique environment.

Here, you’ll not only be able to explore the Dekkers’ beautiful works, inspired by the dynamic and evocative landscapes of the Rannoch glen, but also take home a one-of-a-kind piece for yourself, with framed and unframed prints, photographs, postcards, handmade journals and more available for sale.
