Mindfulness and Meditation Retreat

Do you need a break to recharge? Overdue some time out after a tough year? Achieve a deep sense of calm and relaxation, and develop the skills for managing a stressful lifestyle with the first of a series of Mindfulness and Meditation Retreats at Dunalastair, hosted by Melanie Santorini (www.melaniesantorini.org).

The 2-night female-only fully immersive retreat will bring together classes in mindful moving, centring breathwork, guided meditation and woodland walks into a holistic retreat which will rejuvenate the body and mind.

Titled ‘Soul Medicine’, the weekend will allow you to explore the possibility of tuning in, drawing your attention inwards. You will have a chance of listening, feeling, connecting with your experiences, and cultivating an attitude of acceptance and potential to be with what it is through inquiry and curiosity.

15.00 – 17.00 Session 3

  • Mindfulness walk in Blackwood Forest followed by swim/splash in Loch Rannoch [transport required]

A lot of preparation work goes into the retreat and each experience is bespoke. The retreat is specifically designed for females only. Acceptance onto the retreat is subject to a questionnaire. Pre-payment to be made prior to arrival with cancellations up to 30 days in advance.
